I've wo...I find posts like this so encouraging! I've wondered how difficult it is to be vegan in Europe (I've been as a non-vegan, and even then I noticed that EVERYTHING seemed to have meat, eggs and dairy). It's interesting that some countries like Germany, that are traditionally known for their meat consumption, have some of the highest rates of veganism.
